Sweet 16 Mensan™
Study tips from a 16-year-old
Lifetime Mensa™ Member

My name is Genevieve Riccoboni, and I am the ‘personality’ behind the Sweet 16 Mensan™ site.
In case you’re wondering what a ‘mensan’ is, it’s someone who’s a member of Mensa International and one of the national groups, e.g., American Mensa.
At the age of 15, I was admitted as a Lifetime Member of American Mensa .
American Mensa has about 56,000 current members (out of the U.S. population of 313,000,000 people). The criteria for admission to American Mensa are very straightforward; just score in the top two-percent (2%) on a standardized, supervised IQ test - and you’re in!
For most of my life I’ve been homeschooled. However, I did spend almost a year in public school in Zurich, Switzerland. While living in Zurich, I learned to speak and write in German, and thanks to the unique Swiss teaching method, I even began to enjoy math!
Other than having a high IQ, I am a typical teenage girl who loves to dance, play piano, travel, and spend lots of time with my amazing friends and family.
My goal with Sweet 16 Mensan™ is to give YOU my best and most effective study tips, which I really hope you’ll use and benefit from.
I would love to receive feedback from you about my site, as well as submissions! Please let me know if there are any areas which you'd like me to cover and provide tips on. Thanks so much for visiting my site!
Genevieve
